How to apply
If you have successfully completed your Foundation degree or HND, then you can apply direct to University College Birmingham providing you meet the entry requirements for your choice of undergraduate degree
To apply direct to University College Birmingham you must satisfy the following:
- You must not have previously applied via UCAS this year
- Please ensure you have your results and that have met the entry criteria for your chosen course
- You only wish to apply to University College Birmingham
- Complete the UCB Direct enquiry form so that our Admissions team can assess your application and respond promptly
- You must be a UK or EU applicant for residency purposes

How to apply if you have not completed your Foundation degree or HND
If you are currently in the second year of your Foundation degree or HND course and you would like to apply for a full-time undergraduate top-up, you will need to apply through the Universities and Colleges Admissions Service (UCAS). To start your application, visit UCAS Please see below the UCAS codes you will require to complete your application.

UCAS application fee
If you are applying for a one course, your application fee will be £13 and £23 for more than one course. All applications received after 30th June, 2017 – even if one course is selected – will be £24.
When to apply
For September 2017 entry, the deadline for UK and EU applicants is 31st August 2017.
Part-time top-up route
Ideally students should be working or volunteering in a relevant sector to the course they are applying for. University College Birmingham offers two intakes per year - February and September.
