Our alumni network
Welcome to graduate life. After working hard to get to this point, you are now automatically a member of the University College Birmingham Alumni network.
This gives you access to an incredible network which has welcomed tens of thousands of people like you into a community that spans the globe, making sure former students can stay in touch and get reacquainted with old friends and colleagues, as well as explore all sorts of opportunities.
We love keeping in touch with our graduates and hearing all your news. You may have just graduated, or perhaps you studied with us when we were the Birmingham College of Food, Tourism and Creative Studies, or the Birmingham College of Food and Domestic Arts. Or even earlier.
Whenever you completed your studies, we welcome you to become a member of our Alumni community. Simply click on the button below and complete the short form. We look forward to hearing from you.

Benefits of our Alumni network
As a member of our Alumni network, you can use Hired, our student and alumni support service for careers, employability and enterprise skills, for five years after graduation, giving you access to opportunities in your chosen field.
You also have access to our careers and employability portal, hiredConnect. The portal gives you access to a multitude of careers and employability resources, information on Alumni opportunities, plus any online vacancies. You will even be able to book a one-to-one careers appointment with the HIRED team.
You might want to set up your own business, and you can access entrepreneurial support through Enterprise Hive and the Birmingham Skills for Enterprise and Employability Network (BSEEN), which has provided start-up funding and support for more than 1,000 students and graduates since 2010.
