How to apply
Students from outside the European Union can apply to us directly while applicants for undergraduate courses can also apply via Universities and Colleges Admissions System (UCAS). Here is our step-by-step guide to finding a place at University College Birmingham.
All non-EU international students can apply directly via our online application forms. Please choose the application below which corresponds to the level, of course, you are interested in studying.
Applying through UCAS
Undergraduate applicants can also apply via UCAS, if they wish to apply to more than one university. To access the system visit the UCAS website where you will find full instructions and guidance there to help you through the application process.

Non-EU international applicants who apply directly via the online form will go through a different cycle.

After you have applied
The International Admissions team aim to respond to any new application made directly via the online application form within 5 working days of receipt.
Orientation
Orientation at University College Birmingham is a programme delivered for all students to better prepare and equip them for the challenges that higher education has to offer. Over the duration of your orientation programme, we will introduce you to the inner workings of University College Birmingham and familiarise you with how to access all of the fantastic support services that we have to offer.
