Being an ambassador for University College Birmingham has been amazing. I have made friends with so many people and it's so fulfilling helping future students and families.

When I started university, I was scared and nervous, and I knew that most new students would be feeling the same. As an ambassador, I was able to talk to students from schools and colleges and reassure them about their next steps. This job is so rewarding – from helping people to building up your confidence such as talking to a group while doing campus tours.
