My journey as an ambassador has allowed me to excel in my career through learning new skills such as leadership and organisation. As a student ambassador, I enjoy meeting and talking with new people through open/applicant days and campus tours, which allows me to share my positive experiences at University College Birmingham.

The great thing to highlight about the ambassador scheme is that there is a progression route to becoming a senior student ambassador, which allows you to take on extra responsibilities such as organising campus tours and attending events such as career fairs. My overall experience of being an ambassador is one that I truly won't forget, and I would highly recommend the scheme to any University College Birmingham student who is seeking part-time work.
