I originally worked within the travel and tourism sector as a Travel Manager and I have also worked as part of an entertainment team as a dancer and singer. As additional employment within this sector, I have worked for a tour operator sourcing accommodation overseas for inclusion into future programmes. I joined UCB in 1996, originally as manager of the visitor information centre and then I subsequently joined the FE teaching team. I also hold dance teacher and an exercise to music qualifications along with a UK athletic coaching qualification. I am also a qualified first aider and was part of the first response team at the Olympic park during the 2012 Olympics.
