Job Role & Responsibilities

I support the delivery of high-quality, inspiring, and inclusive learning opportunities for students to help them achieve their learning goals. Also, I support students’ well-being, build their self-esteem and confidence, anger management, and I address barriers to success. I embed a solutions focused approach to barriers to learning and implement strategies on a 1-1 or group basis. Moreover, I deliver the faculty's tutorial programme of group and 1-1 tutorials, focused on providing skills to be successful in the future.

Profile

I am focused on preparing individuals for the VUCA world by applying my Psychology knowledge and behavioural science strategies as well as maintaining mental health and wellbeing. For the past six years, I have supported young people with a range of mental health and behavioural difficulties to achieve their personal, academic, and business goals.

I am passionate about wellbeing, human behaviour, and guiding individuals to be their best version.
