Front of house apprenticeship at Simpsons, Birmingham

Simpsons restaurant is looking for a new front of house apprentice to learn while they earn in their Michelin star restaurant.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, enthusiastic individual to gain key skills and flourish in one of Birmingham’s most highly-esteemed restaurants.

At the same time, the apprentice will be studying for a Level 2 Food and Beverage Service Diploma at UCB.

To be a potential candidate for this position, you will need to stand out as an individual and have your own transport or be able to travel late at night from Edgbaston. You also need to be motivated, willing to learn and be committed to both learning and working within the industry.

Simpsons currently holds one Michelin star and is in the Sunday Times Top 30 restaurants in the UK.
