Would you love a part-time job, but feel too busy to commit to regular shifts every week? Looking for a way to impress future employers and make the most of your digital skills

UCB is on the lookout for a new generation of creative minds to contribute to our popular student blogging platform - UCBloggers.

So, if you’re an aspiring writer who enjoys using social media and knows how to create great content, including photos and videos, we need to hear from you.

We are offering top candidates £8.21 an hour with holiday pay to spend a couple of hours a week putting together a blog about their time as a student here. The University relies on its official bloggers as this responsible role is all about making new students feel at home with useful hints and tips.

We’ll need you to commit to the project for one year, and in return we’ll get you up and running and help you to promote your blog.

All we are asking for in return is for you to produce fun, creative, original posts about what’s important to you as a UCB student. They don’t need to be long – they just need to grab our attention.

We hope to select four bloggers in total, with at least one from our college community. Candidates will need to write a short blog, on a topic of their choosing.

For more information, and for details on how to apply, please email Katie at k.hook@ucb.ac.uk by 31 May 2019.
