Gail Tipper

A strategic and operational leader with over 25 years’ experience of designing and delivering learning and skills solutions across all parts of the sector to include senior roles in funding agencies, commercial providers, employers and further education institutions. I hold a Master’s Degree in professional development and education and have a history of applying my skills, knowledge and experience in many environments.

Learning development and organisational change have been at the heart of my career as I have worked and led on a range of high profile learning and development projects to allow employers and employees and learners to engage with each other.

The driving goal throughout my career has been to make a difference to employees, learners and employers’ experience, focusing on developing their talents. I consistently strive for excellence in everything I do working with colleagues and multiple stakeholders to achieve a step change in results which impact on employers’ and businesses’ investments.

I am Head of Apprenticeships here at UCB based in Hired and operating across all four UCB Schools to enable the development apprenticeships to offer to employers and potential apprentices.
