UCB serves up chef apprenticeships

Simpsons restaurant is looking for two new apprentice chefs to learn while they earn in their Michelin star kitchens. 

Working under the guidance of the Executive Head Chef in their Edgbaston restaurant, this is a fantastic opportunity for aspiring chefs to learn their trade and flourish in one of Birmingham’s most highly-esteemed restaurants. 

At the same time, the apprentices will be studying for a Level 2 Diploma in Professional Cookery at UCB. 

To be a potential candidate for this position, you will need to stand out as an individual and have your own transport or be able to travel late at night from Edgbaston. You also need to be motivated, willing to learn and be committed to both learning and working within the industry. 

Simpsons currently holds one Michelin star and is in the Sunday Times Top 30 restaurants in the UK.
