Have you got what it takes to be a UCBlogger?

Read time: approx 1 mins

If you’re an aspiring writer who enjoys using social media and knows how to create great content, including photos and videos, we need to hear from you.

The University relies on its official bloggers to connect with potential students, and to make our new recruits feel at home with useful hints and tips. We’re looking for people who are excited about life at UCB and their course – and want to share their experiences through digital media.

It’s a responsible role and for that reason we pay our bloggers £7.20 per hour (for approximately eight hours per month). We’ll need you to commit to the project for one year, and in return we’ll get you up and running and help to promote your blog.

Candidates will need to write a short blog, on a topic of their choosing. We hope to select four bloggers in total, with at least one from our postgraduate school or college community.

To apply, or for more information or an informal discussion, email e.draycott@ucb.ac.uk. Please register your interest by Monday 29 May.
