I studied at Birmingham College of Food gaining my OND in Hotel management and City and Guilds chef qualifications. I worked in London for 10 years as operations manager for a large pub chain. I have a passion for cooking and a will for people to succeed in a work environment. I have worked on the College of Food apprenticeship team for over 4 years and last year I mentored the National Hospitality Apprentice of The Year. I am currently the co-ordinator for all the College of Food apprenticeships including hospitality and professional cookery. I am also a mentor on the prestigious Royal Academy of Culinary Arts apprenticeships.
