Whether you are joining us as a new student or continuing your studies, we want to make sure you get off to a flying start. On this page, you will find your course-specific induction information, together with the information on additional welcome activities happening throughout the week.

Tuesday 23 September
Meet your teaching team.

Welcome to UCB. In this session we will discuss the course and the timetables. This is your opportunity to ask questions and plan the year ahead. We will talk about expectations and partnerships with our practice partners. Lastly we will discuss, key dates in your calender.

Join us to have a look over your reading lists and equipment. We will also order your uniforms.

Meet your Year 2 students.

Come and meet our Year 2 students. The Year 2 students can help and support you in Year 1. This is a good opportunity to ask any questions.

This is the opportunity to ask the teaching team any questions. We are here to help.
Support sessions
Throughout the welcome week, we have arranged our support teams to run different introductory sessions so you can learn about the support they offer and how to access it.
The support services involved include Disability and Neurodiversity Support, Mental Health and Wellbeing, academic support through the Centre for Academic Skills and English (CASE) and the Library. You can meet up with the Guild of Students (the student union at UCB) and learn about their work, and also explore the activities organised by the Student Engagement Team.
