Restaurant at Birmingham College of Food has built a strong reputation with diners and industry professionals alike, offering high-quality food and service in a relaxed setting.
As one of University College Birmingham's professional training environments, the restaurant gives students studying food, culinary arts and hospitality courses the chance to put their learning into practice with real guests. Students work across both the kitchen and front of house, supported and supervised by our experienced lecturers and industry specialists.
