Foundation year

If you just miss the entry criteria for undergraduate study to gain the skills necessary to begin a degree, we offer criminology as a foundation year , a one-year, Level 3-equivalent course designed to give you a clear and structured pathway into higher education, without having to apply for a top-up after you've completed the course.

No written exams

Demonstrate your knowledge through coursework, applied projects and practical activities, taught in our outstanding facilties. You will also learn from experienced criminologists, psychologists and lecturers with professional backgrounds including policing.

£6,000 to help fund your studies
