I have a conditional offer – what do I do?

You'll need to complete your enrolment online.

Before Results Day, we will send you a link to complete your online registration. Please complete this first.

On Results Day, you need to upload your results: you can view a video tutorial of this process here. You need to upload a photo that you will use on your ID card, so make this a professional-looking image.

Once you have sent us your results and photo, we will send you an email to confirm you have a place, or call you if there are any problems. You can upload your results from 8.30Please ensure you have completed your enrolment by 11.30, as we may then start offering places to other students.

Please note: if you have met the requirements of your conditional offer, you do not need to come and see us - just upload your results, then celebrate and enjoy the moment!

Frequently asked questions

I have got an offer but didn’t quite get the right grades – what shall I do?

Don’t worry! Come and see us in person between 10.00 and 11.30 on Thursday 20 August. We may still be able to offer you a course at UCB Sixth Form or suggest an alternative programme of study.

You can also come and see us on Thursday afternoon or on Friday but some courses may be full by then. Please bring a copy of your results and your ID.

I have got an offer but I want to change my subjects.

That’s fine – lots of students change their subjects at this point. Come and see us in person between 10am and 11.30am on Thursday 20 August. We still have spaces on some courses and may be able to offer you a course at UCB Sixth Form or suggest an alternative programme of study. You can also come and see us on Thursday afternoon or on Friday, but some courses may be full by then.

Please bring a copy of your results and your ID.

I am on your waiting list, and I’ve met the entry requirements - what shall I do?

If you have achieved the right entry requirements for UCB Sixth Form, or you are nearly there, come and see us between 11.30am and 3pm on Thursday 20 or Friday 21 August. Please bring your results and a form of ID, such as a passport or birth certificate.

Please do not attend before 11.30am, as we will be supporting our early applicants. We can then see whether we are able to offer you a place on a course or suggest an alternative.

I don’t have a conditional offer and I’m not on a waiting list – can I still apply?

If you haven’t applied, come and see us on Thursday 20 August between 12.30pm and 7pm, or on Friday 21 August between 9am and 4pm. There may still be A-level courses available, or we can suggest alternative college courses. Please bring your results and a form of ID, and we will help you choose the course that is right for you.
