Profile

Having studied Hair and Beauty Therapy at University College Birmingham, I worked in the industry and developed my skills and experience over several years.

Following this spell, I gained a PGCE and began lecturing at University College Birmingham in 1998.

During my time at UCB, I have held several positions including Programme Manager, Lead IV, Assistant Dean for Creative Services, and I have recently returned to a lecturing role.

As a fully qualified External Verifier, I have worked to support many other institutions and training provider.

Teaching

Over 23 years, I have taught across many programmes including:

NVQ/VRQ Hairdressing and Beauty Therapy L 2 & L3

NVQ/VRQ Specialist Hair and Media a Make-up L2 & L3

FdA Aesthetic Practitioner.
