Exciting learning environment on the doorstep
If you want to do A-levels in Birmingham and prepare for university at a university, we have a city centre sixth form that could be right for you. The centre is at our Camden House campus building in Birmingham city centre, offering a wealth of study options for post-16 learners.

Prepare for university, at university
Our sixth form offers a wide variety of A-levels. Take your pick from sciences, humanities, English, maths, business, law and more, depending on what you want to study at university. We also encourage all our students to study an Extended Project Qualification alongside their A-levels, as these are highly regarded by universities. This will allow you to explore a subject that you're interested in, in more detail.

Incredible facilities to tailored support
If you choose to study A-levels with us, you won't just be sitting in a classroom. You get to learn in incredible teaching and learning environments, from hi-tech labs to simulation health wards and cutting edge sports facilities. And known for our inclusivity, our support is award-winning, as voted for by students themselves.

Trips and enrichment
Wherever possible, we build enrichment opportunities into the sixth form experience. These include exciting educational trips for students to learn, grow and have fun along the way! This year, for example, we took 20 sixth formers to Singapore to explore the nation's extraordinary work in sustainability, changing their perspectives on the environment forever.
Open days
We believe the best way to experience University College Birmingham is by visiting one of our college and sixth form open days, where you will get to meet subject tutors and view our first-class facilities for yourself.

"We are proud to be an academic and aspirational sixth form that nurtures and supports our students to be the best they can be, preparing them for impactful careers and flourishing lives. We look forward to welcoming you on campus and showing you what we have to offer."
Rebecca Tigue Sixth Form Centre Principal

"The centre serves as a hub for generations of future workers, helping students prepare for life at university while having access to a world-class standard of facilities."
