These are fields where men are still significantly underrepresented — and that means real opportunities for those who choose to study them.
This male-only interactive event gives you space to:
ask questions you might not otherwise ask and
meet our male graduates in these fields, and hear honestly about what it's really like to study and build a career in these areas as a man.
Sectors like nursing, teaching, midwifery and life sciences need more men and the career prospects for those who join them are strong.

Nathon Palmer has progressed through several stages of study at University College Birmingham, from Level 3 sport through healthcare degree apprenticeships and on to the V300 prescribing programme.
