Receive a 15% discount

All students who apply for student accommodation at University College Birmingham and submit their payment in full before the deadline will receive a 15% discount.

Payment deadlines

For a full year or semester-one-only tenancy, full payment is to be submitted before Friday, 3rd October 2025
For semester-two-only tenancies, full payment is to be submitted before Friday, 6th March 2026
