We want to help you get the very best out of your time at University College Birmingham. We know good health and wellbeing are essential for you to study well and have a great student experience.

Sometimes as a student, you can be affected by environmental stresses or personal difficulties. That's why University College Birmingham has a free and confidential Health and Wellbeing Service, open to everyone.

This service seeks to encourage and promote positive mental health and healthy lifestyles. Our dedicated team is on hand to help you manage any concerns or difficulties you may have.

Our mental health and wellbeing service is here to help you access whatever support and information you may need. Your first appointment regarding mental health and wellbeing will involve an initial assessment with a member of our team.
