Law, Politics, English Literature
Hoping to make a difference
Aisha's aim is to embark on a career that makes a social contribution, and she chose her a-levels with that goal at the forefront of her mind.
"I've always loved reading, so English always appealed to me," she said.
"With politics and law I'll have a springboard to becoming a lawyer. Both courses have really reinforced to me that this is what I want to do."
Aisha was impressed with the sixth form campus when she visited on an open day, but the people at University College Birmingham have made the experience such a happy one.
"I've made some incredible friends here who I'll always cherish, and the teachers' clear love of their subjects makes you really enjoy being in class." she said.
"They've helped me get a much firmer grasp of what being a lawyer entails, and how to get into the field after studying at uni."
