It was then Ross changed industry once more, switching back to a desk job and managing a call centre team within the Utilities industry and this quickly became the route to where he is today. As the Shell Energy Academy Manager, Ross looked after the early careers portion of their volume new starters and then grew the role into incorporating the Apprenticeship schemes and other ventures including their Business Behavioural framework.
