Client Relationship Manager, Clancy Consulting

Jo joined the construction industry in 2006 after retraining as a Computer Aided Design (CAD) technician. Her first major project was working on The Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham. After putting the Autodesk skills to one side, Jo then moved into office management and progressed from there into a Client Relationship Management role.

Jo continues to build relationships and raise the business exposure for her current employer, specialist engineering consultancy, Clancy Consulting. She is a trusted advisor to clients and industry contacts, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty while also driving growth for the business.

Jo is a huge advocate for health and fitness, outside of her full-time role she is a Swim England Qualified Swimming instructor. An accomplishment Jo gives thanks to, through the support of CIMSPA’s retrain to retain programme during the Pandemic.
