Profile

I am a lecturer on the BA/FdA Aesthetic Practitioner course. I teach across all levels of the programme.

After completing my degree in Modern Art and Design and travelling extensively, my career plans changed and I decided to pursue a career within the beauty industry, as this was something I had always had a fervent interest in.

This led me to embark on a career within the beauty and aesthetic industry in which I worked for Chanel as a consultant and therapist providing treatments for 9 years.

I joined University College Birmingham in 2014 working with the Aesthetic Practitioner and Beauty Therapy programmes. On completion of my Postgraduate Diploma in Teaching and Learning Vocational Subjects, I joined the Aesthetic Practitioner team as a lecturer. I really enjoy working within a constantly evolving industry.
