The tuition fees shown below are for new home students (i.e. not classified as international students) who enrol on a postgraduate course at University College Birmingham in the new academic year. The fees shown are annual, payable for each year of your course (with the exception of certain specific courses).

** Dietetics MSc is a 2-year programme, and students can apply for student finance through the undergraduate funding application. This means that (subject to eligibility criteria) they will be able to apply for both a tuition fee and maintenance loan.

Please note: EU students are now classified as international students, meaning they are required to pay international tuition fees (with the exception of those who have pre-settled or settled status deemed to be UK residents).

Fee waivers – it pays to stay

Undergraduate students progressing to postgraduate studies

For programmes starting in 2026/27, students at University College Birmingham who gain a first class Honours degree will receive a 25% discount on their postgraduate tuition fees. All other progressing students will receive a 20% discount.

This applies to all alumni from University College Birmingham. No application is required – the discount will simply be applied when you enrol.
