Applying direct to UCB for entry in September 2019

If you would like to apply to University College Birmingham (UCB), you have four options available to you.

(If you are currently studying a Level 3 College course at UCB and would like to progress onto a University course, please vist our Move Up to Uni page to apply).

Apply direct to UCB

To apply direct to UCB, you must satisfy the following criteria before selecting option one or two: 

  • You only wish to apply to UCB (if you would like to apply to more than one institution, you must apply via UCAS)
  • You must be a UK or EU applicant for residency purposes
  • You must not have previously applied via UCAS this year

(We will submit your application to UCAS on your behalf) 

option one

So that we can make you an offer in 48 hours, please complete the  UCB Direct form. 

option two

If you already have your results please complete the  UCB Direct form so that our Admissions team can confirm if we can make you an unconditional offer.

option three

Applying for more than one university, then you must apply through UCAS this service is available to Home, EU and Overseas applicants. To make more than one choice, the cost is £24.

Open days and UCB tours

Our next open day will take place on Saturday 29 June, 11am - 3pm. Open days are a great opportunity to find out more information about the course you are interested in studying, meet specialist lecturers and support staff, tour our facilities including our student accommodation and take a look around Birmingham city centre. We also have a number of UCB tours taking place between February and May.
