Pastoral support
Pastoral Support Officers support our FE students by working with teams across UCB to support students learning. They can offer 1:1 mentoring support, giving students practical strategies to help manage difficult situations. They also deliver group sessions to support progression and personal growth.
The teams also organise and oversee a range of enrichment activities designed to support students' personal development. To access the teams services, students need to be referred by their academic teams/a member of staff.
