Since starting his career in management, Ed has gained substantial knowledge and experience in the field of IT. Studying computing and working in software development, he progressed onto postgraduate study in Computer Science and an MBA, before going on to manage computing departments within further and higher education.
With a particular interest in business processes and artificial intelligence, Ed teaches on the areas of software and web development, while also serving as Deputy Dean for Strategy, Recruitment and Innovation at University College Birmingham Business School.
