I have been a chef for over 30 years, I started out on my journey in hospitality working in a 5-star hotel and I have been very lucky to work in many different sectors of the industry from owning my own events business to running multiple gastro pub kitchens. The industry has been very good to me giving me the opportunity to work in many parts of the world gaining invaluable experience and knowledge.

A few years ago, I decided it would be nice to share my knowledge and experience with the future stars of the hospitality industry and so began my next journey into teaching, I have been very lucky to join the team at UCB (College of Food) and became part of a team that is internationally recognised for its excellence in culinary teaching.
