I started my career within the hospitality and catering industry working abroad in Spain, I then returned to attend University College Birmingham from 2009 where I achieved an NVQ level 2 and 3 in Professional Cookery. After college I then left to work in a luxury 5 star hotel, Lucknam Park near Bath in Wiltshire which had a 3 AA rosette restaurant with 1 Michelin star. After Lucknam Park I then went on to work in a hotel called Mallory Court in Royal Leamington Spa which also at the time had 3 AA rosettes and 1 Michelin star. At Mallory I worked my way up through several positions, finishing as Sous chef. I then took a part time position at UCB then a full time position in August 2016.


Course lead for level 2 professional cookery.

Currently teaching on the NVQ Level 3 Professional Cookery and Culinary Arts Management courses.
