I have 16 years of dedicated experience in secondary education, where I honed my expertise in teaching, whilst also mentoring students across various subjects and attainment levels in a role of Deputy Head of Sixth Form. I am committed to fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment, where my students are encouraged to explore their potential and develop their critical thinking skills.
Throughout my tenure in secondary education, I have developed and implemented innovative curriculum plans in my role as Head of Department, ensuring that all students have the opportunity to succeed in the subject areas that I lead.
My passion for education extends beyond the classroom, as I have also been involved in extracurricular activities and school community events, further enriching the educational experience for my students.
My long-term commitment to students and education underscores my expertise in adapting to the evolving educational landscape and I am delighted to be part of the new sixth form here at University College Birmingham.
