Academic qualifications
BA(Hons) Aesthetic Practitioner, PG Cert in Higher Education
"My background includes real-world experience from award-winning clinics in Warwickshire, where I trained on advanced treatments using top brands such as ZO Skin Health, Obagi, Emsculpt (for muscle toning), and CoolSculpting (for fat freezing). I even set up my own business specialising in semi-permanent makeup."

I specialise in non-surgical aesthetics, anatomy and physiology, and skincare, teaching on our Aesthetics courses at levels 4, 5, and 6. I’m also the module leader for Chemical Peeling for Skin Rejuvenation. In my classes, I mix theory with hands-on practical sessions to help students build their clinical skills.
My background includes real-world experience from award-winning clinics in Warwickshire, where I trained on advanced treatments using top brands such as ZO Skin Health, Obagi, Emsculpt (for muscle toning), and CoolSculpting (for fat freezing). I even set up my own business specialising in semi-permanent makeup, which taught me how to run a company. Now, studying my MSc in International Management, I’m honing my skills in strategy, global marketing, finance, and accounting. I bring all of my insights into my lectures, sharing clinic stories and business tips with my students.

I really enjoy empowering people to feel more confident, whether through skincare products, treatments, or teaching. I’m so proud to have been shortlisted for Greater Birmingham’s ‘Young Professional of the Year’ in the Teaching and Education category. Students say I’m friendly, approachable, and share my knowledge clearly with passion. They appreciate my determination to help them succeed.
A common myth I like to debunk is that aesthetics is just about injectables. In reality, there’s so much more to the industry, encompassing chemical peels, microneedling, lasers, skincare science, and so much more. As the alumni lead for UCB’s creative department, I’m always networking to show students the vast range of career paths available to them after graduation, from clinic work to starting their own business.
Outside of work, I stay active through running (I’ve completed two marathons and am gearing up for number three!), Pilates, and long walks. I also really enjoy the You Look Happier podcast by Ellie Forsyth.
