Teaching on Professional Chef programmes and external relations for the school in all FE & HE programmes and part procurement.
I am active in teaching in both the Brasserie kitchen and fine dining Atrium lunch productions with NVQ Professional Chefs studying at Levels 2 and 3, as well as the foundation year of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts (RACA) Apprenticeship programme. I also cover lectures as required.
Representing the College of Food and Hospitality Management at various events in both education and industry as an ambassador.
