I have 15 years’ experience in the health and social care sector; working predominantly in domiciliary care with older adults with dementia, brain injuries, learning disabilities and offering support to individuals and their families to enable them to remain in their own homes.
I have experience in various roles from care assistant progressing to an assistant manager of a private domiciliary agency. I also have over 7 years’ experience as an assessor of frameworks and standards within the private sector and University College Birmingham.
