Profile
I am a former student of the Birmingham College Of Food and I have had a range of different experiences within the hospitality and catering industry.
I spent seven years working in London at the world famous Royal Garden Hotel in Kensington, producing classical cuisine and maintaining high culinary standards. While working in London I competed in two Salon Culinaire Hospitality competitions, being awarded Bronze medals in both the "British Culinary Federation young chef challenge" and "British pepper and spice Millstone ethnic class".
Since 2016, I have worked at the Birmingham College Of Food supporting the training of quality young chefs.
Teaching
I began my teaching career in January 2016 at University College Birmingham, working on the Young Chefs Academy while undertaking my teaching qualifications. I now run the Royal Academy Of Culinary Arts 'Adopt a School' programme and I am the regional chef for Birmingham.
