I have several years of experience working as a healthcare assistant/support worker in a variety of health and social care settings. A major part of my job involved working closely with Individuals with a wide range of needs, illnesses and disabilities such as dementia and schizophrenia, and providing high quality care to them when at their most vulnerable.
Having worked at University College Birmingham both in my training placement in 2016 as well as during the academic years 2018-20 as a lecturer in health and social care, I am very much ingrained into the culture of University College Birmingham and its vision.
