Ethan Woehrling

Physics and Maths Lecturer, with PhD in Particle Physics (H1 detector at DESY in Hamburg) and Postdoc on ATLAS (CERN/LHC).  Teaching A level Physics since 2008 and A level Maths since 2019.  Previously Assistant Head of Curriculum:Science at Bournville; Head of Physics at the UoBSchool (at it's launch) and Subject Lead for Applied Science at Longbridge (SCCB).

Sixth form Focus since 2010, specialising in Physics and Maths delivering across the curriculum.

Proton Structure Functions in High-Energy e-p collisions (using polarised electrons); ATLAS Trigger simulations; Action Research projects in Education focusing on transitions GCSE to A level and independent study.
