Profile

I have been a chef lecturer since 2008, joining UCB in 2019. After leaving college where I studied my City & Guilds 706/1 and NVQ Level 3 Chef Diploma, I worked in a variety of privately owned and larger chain restaurants and hotels. During the course of my teaching career I have worked in two other further education establishments, one of which involved working at Kidderminster Harriers Football Club training apprentices. I have experience of teaching both NVQ and VRQ professional cookery courses at a variety of levels and have served as a mentor on the Level 2 Professional Cookery Diploma.

Level 2 Commis Chef apprenticeship.

Level 3 Chef de Partie apprenticeship.

Level 1 NVQ Certificate in food preparation and cooking.

Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Professional cookery.
