I am a chef with over 30 years of experience working across all sectors of the hospitality industry, from fine dining in restaurants and hotels to large-scale banqueting and corporate events, as well as private chef to professional footballers and high level business leaders.

I have lectured at University College Birmingham for over 12 years.
