With first assessments coming up, university life can get quite stressful.

Please join us at our Wellness Fayre on Thursday, 28 October from 9:30am to 3pm. The event will offer a range of wellbeing support and activities, as well as access to academic support tutors and sessions aimed at enhancing the specific skills you will need to tackle assessments. This will give you direct access to our wellbeing team, academic, library and disability support, as well as experienced lecturers.

Please book your place if you would like to attend CASE, Library and Disability Introductions or Skills Booster sessions. All other sessions will not require booking.

Assignment Quick Tips - 09:30-10:15 (MH118)
This session will discuss simple methods that may help improve your assignment work.

A session discussing techniques aimed at reaching mental relaxation through focus and self-awareness of being in the present.

No Copycats: How to Avoid Plagiarism - 11:00-12:00 (MH118)
This session aims to provide an understanding of plagiarism, and how to avoid it, as this could have a huge negative effect on your assignment grade.

Understanding your Assessment Grading Criteria - 12:00-13:00 and 14:00-15:00 (MH118)
This session aims to break down the criteria against which your written assignments are scored.

An interactive session aimed at discussing methods for improving time management.

An opportunity to discuss each section in detail to gain an understanding of what is required.
