I have 15 years’ experience within the health and social care sector predominately domiciliary care working with older adults with dementia, brain injuries, learning disabilities and offering individualised support to individuals and their families to enable them to remain in their own homes. I have experience in various roles from care assistant progressing to an assistant manager of a private domiciliary agency. I also have over 7 years’ experience as an assessor within the private sector and UCB in Frameworks and standards. I assess the following qualifications children and young people’s workforce Level 2 and Level 5 in Care, Leadership and Management. I also deliver Level 1 and Level 2 Functional skills in English, Mathematics and ICT.
I currently Internally quality assure for the following qualifications; Health and Social Care level 2 and 3, Business administration level 2, team leader / supervisor Level 3 Standard and Level 5 in Care, Leadership and Management.
