Happy New You

There’s no better time to look at ways to live and learn better than the start of a New Year and this January, we are here to motivate you!

Through to the end of the month, we will be holding a range of exciting, informative and thought-provoking activities to inspire our students. From making positive changes to get the most out of your studies to upping your fitness, preventing stress, self-care and living more sustainably.

Happy New You will focus on:

6-10 January – Positive Learning (FE students)

Good attendance, punctuality and being a positive influence not only has an impact on your educational success, but can improve your overall mental health.

This week, our tutors will be encouraging FE students to set resolutions to help them improve their attendance, punctuality and behaviour at college. And the tutorial group with the highest attendance between 6 January and 27 March will get to go on a trip to a UK destination of their choice!

hired@UCB will also be posing challenges and giving away prizes over the week. Check out what they are up to on Twitter.
