Pre-Registration

If you have been offered a place at UCB, you will be sent an email from mid-July to complete your online pre-registration. It is really important that you complete your online pre-registration before your official enrolment date so that all your personal information is accurate and up-to-date before you enrol. Enrolment

Enrolment will take place at McIntyre House (B3 1PW) between 17-20 September. View course specific enrolment dates here. It’s always a busy time, so please try and stick to your appointment time, wherever possible. 

Welcome packs – Once you receive an Unconditional place at UCB, we will send you your UCB Welcome Pack. This is sent out to new students at the end of July and will include all of the information you will need to join us in September including, your specific enrolment and induction information.

Induction

New undergraduate Home and EU students

Your induction is designed to give you the best possible start to your studies by providing you with essential information about the course you have chosen, but also it’s a time to make friends and settle into life at UCB. Induction will be held over three days (23-25 September).

UCB Welcome Fest 2019

Community Day - To help you settle in and get the most out of your time at UCB, our Guild of Students and Hired (employability and careers department) welcome you to join in our Community Day on the 26 September.  You can explore part-time work vacancies with local employers, voluntary work and placement opportunities included within your course. This day is essential towards building your CV and ensuring that when you graduate, you have acquired the additional skills many of our employers seek in our graduates.

Welcome Fest – this will be held on Friday 27 September. It’s an ideal opportunity to join in the day, have some fun and meet your fellow students. There will be music, a wide range of street food, performers, photo booths and other activities.
