If you are unable to attend your enrolment session you will need to go to the admissions office in Summer Row room 110 from Tuesday 16th – Friday 19th (9 am – 4 pm).
To help you settle in, we offer a one-week orientation programme where you will learn all about living and studying at University.
The Orientation Programme is especially developed for students who are new to the UK and do not speak English as their first language. You will find information about life at UCB, how you will be expected to work and study, and how assignments and essay work should be presented.
The programme also gives you the chance to meet fellow students and experience the social and cultural life of the UK.

What do I need to bring to enrolment?
- Your UCAS ID number or Unconditional Offer Letter
- Evidence of entry qualifications (if you have not already sent these to the Admissions department)
- Student Finance England Entitlement letter
- Student Finance England customer reference number, password and secret answer

Finally, you will need your photograph taken for your student ID card. Congratulations – you are now a UCB student!
