Once you have been made an offer of a place, you'll receive an invitation to book onto the applicant day. Our applicant days are extremely popular, so be sure to book early to secure your place.

What is an Applicant Day?
Applicant days are course-specific days which give you the opportunity to discover your chosen course in much more detail, to help you make an informed choice about where to study. Tailored exclusively for applicants who have received an offer to study with UCB, applicant days are an essential step in your applicant journey.
On the day:
The presentation will include a detailed introduction to the course and will highlight the exciting opportunities and career progression this degree can offer, as well as focusing on the amazing work experience placements you can enjoy throughout your studies. You may also cover key information regarding modules and assessments.
This is an interactive course specific taster session which enables you to participate in a real-life lecture, seminar, workshop or practical session.
Take a tour of the halls of residence including The Maltings and Cambrian Hall. You can also find out more information by attending one of the accommodation presentations or speaking to staff from Student Services.
There is also the chance to find out more about Finance, Admissions, Guild of Students, Student Services, Study Support and hired@UCB (our careers, work placements and employability service).
11am: Introductory presentation
12.25pm: Subject-specific practical
2.45pm: Optional accommodation and campus tours
