Welcome to all new Postgraduate Home and EU students who are joining us in January 2019. The information below will help you prepare for enrolment and the start of your course.
If you have been offered a place at UCB, you will be sent an online registration email from December. You are asked to register online before your official enrolment date so that all your personal information is accurate and up-to-date before you attend, and that you have had time to read any terms and conditions or policies and privacy statements. This will mean that the actual enrolment day will run smoothly.
When is enrolment held?
Enrolment will take place on the 9th Floor Research Centre of Summer Row.
If you were not able to attend your enrolment appointment, we are still enrolling on the following days:
- Wednesday 23rd January - 10am to 12pm & 1pm - 3pm (all courses)
- Thursday 24th January - 10am to 12pm & 1pm - 3pm (all courses)
- Friday 25th January - 10am to 12pm & 1pm - 3pm (all courses)

How will I know when to attend?
We will send you an email and a text message to confirm the date and time of your enrolment, you will also receive a welcome email from our admissions team, which will contain all of your course-specific information.
We have a lot of students enrolling in January so please try and stick to your appointment time, wherever possible.
Your induction is designed to give you the best possible start to your studies by providing you with essential information about the course you have chosen and UCB support services, should you need support at any time. This is also an ideal opportunity to meet with your lecturers and fellow students.

International and EU Students Orientation information
To help you with your planning, the International Student Centre has put together some useful information. You will receive most of this information, such as your registration and induction dates, by email, so please use this page as an additional source of information.
If you have any questions about your offer, arriving in the UK or your student visa please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are a new full-time undergraduate student from a European Union country other than the UK, you should have applied to the EU Customer Services Team of the Student Loan Company to establish your eligibility for a loan towards tuition fees.

ew students will receive their timetables during induction week. Timetables for returning students will be available on the student portal. From the drop-down list on the ‘Students’ tab at the top of the page, ‘My timetable’ can be found under the ‘My info’ section.
Returning students can find their timetables in the student portal once they have re-enrolled.
