You might end up having the chance to work with one of these employers; White Barn Inn and Spa (Maine, USA), The Savoy (London), Gleneagles (Scotland), Celtic Manor (Wales), The Landmark (London) or Ashford Castle (County Mayo, Ireland). Or you could battle it out, with our support, to become the next MasterChef champion, like our alumnus student, Dan Lee. So, to recap, we have nine industry-standard kitchens, providing real working environments for you to master your practical food skills throughout your studies. We also house baking and product development labs with industrial ovens and high-speed mixers, specialist chocolate production and tempering equipment, a 9,000sq ft Food Science and Innovation Suite, a sensory evaluation room, and a pilot plant for product development.
