Success at Salon Culinaire

UCB Bakery and Confectionery students recently returned from Salon Culinaire at the Hospitality Show with a host of medals and merits.        

Awarded for their success in sugar craft, cake decoration and bread making categories the awards recognised the hard work and skill of the students, well done to all who took part.
